1) Determine the handset type then follow the instructions below:

• Full QWERTY keyboard BlackBerry:
  Press the keys Alt+H at the same time
• Touchscreen BlackBerry:
  Hold the escape/back button and tap the top left, top right, top left, and top right corners of the screen sequentially
• BlackBerry Pearl keyboard:
  Press the keys Alt+EACE at the same time

2) Enter the required information below the example picture.

3) Once you have checked all details are correct you can now enter your unique KEY into this screen. You will NOT see the input of your data and you are required to press the ALT key before entering each NUMBER. If you entered the details correct above and unique code into the phone then you should see a screen like the following.

4) From this Menu you are now able to find your MEP code which you require in order to request your unlock code.

• Select OS Engineering screens
• Select Device Info
• Scroll to the bottom of the text on this screen and you should see "MEP" CODE eg. MEP-07723-003
